How It Works
From scattered exports to one dashboard

A dashboard that looks
like this on day one
Illustrative sample, built with placeholder figures to show the shape of a typical delivery, not a live client's data.
Frequently Asked Questions.
Do we need to already use Business Intelligence?
No. Licensing, setup and configuration are part of the engagement; most clients start from spreadsheets and disconnected exports.
Can you connect data from AccrualOS, VCPility or eTakeaway Max?
Yes, since Sharktech builds and operates these platforms, they're supported as native source connections rather than a custom integration project.
Do you build a full data warehouse?
No. We connect your existing sources directly into Business Intelligence using its built-in connectors and Power Query, not a custom-engineered warehouse or ETL pipeline. That covers day-to-day reporting for most businesses; if a genuine data warehouse is what's needed, we'll say so upfront rather than take on a build outside our scope.
Do you build machine learning models?
Yes, within a defined scope: classification and regression (churn risk, demand or revenue forecasting, anomaly detection), recommendation models (next‑best‑offer, upsell, menu or product suggestions), and classical text analytics (sentiment on reviews, categorising support tickets), all built on top of the connected data described above. Large‑language‑model‑based text tools and deep learning/computer vision sit outside this service; the former is a separate conversation, the latter is Flagman's domain.
Is this a one‑off project or an ongoing service?
Both. Dashboards are delivered as a fixed‑scope build, with an optional monthly retainer for refreshes, new views and support.
What if our data is messy or scattered across spreadsheets?
That's the normal starting point. The Data Audit step exists specifically to map and reconcile scattered or inconsistent sources first.
